Dmitry Kaminskiy, managing trustee of the Biogerontology Research Foundation, participated in a panel discussion entitled “Investing in an Ageing Population” at The Economist’s Ageing Societies conference on the 29th of November, 2016.

The panel discussion focused on how close geroscience is from bringing practical and actionable results in extending healthy, productive longevity and how far the biopharma industry is from a paradigm shift from treatment to prevention.

The Economist’s 14th annual Innovation Awards, the only awards presented by the newspaper, will celebrate the individual innovators whose work has had the greatest impact on business and society.
